LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Bradshaw Mountain RV Resort is pleased to offer access to our wireless Internet network free of charge to all of our registered guests. As you know, we issue free usernames and passwords to any guest that requests them. When you are running low on "time remaining" it is your responsibility to come to us during normal hours of office operation and ask for a new username and password that will extend your access time. Generally we grant free access time in relation to the amount of time you plan to stay at the Resort, up to three months, and then you must ask for a new username and password to extend the length of access.

While we do offer this access free, we have a few things that must be said about the Resort's limitation of liability.

Bradshaw Mountain RV Resort will not be held liable for any damages claimed to be a result of accessing our wireless network, whether those damages be direct or indirectly related to your utilizing the service. You use this service at your own risk, entirely.

Bradshaw Mountain RV Resort has invested many hours in research and development to provide a fast service that is as secure as we can reasonably provide it, but we make no claims as to the level of security the system provides.

All users accessing our network must assume the system to be "not secure" and must protect themselves from hackers and virus threats and spyware, etc. at their own point of access.

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE A WORKING FIREWALL INSTALLED ON YOUR LOCAL PC OR LAPTOP, AND THAT YOU KEEP IT PROPERLY CONFIGURED AND TURNED ON AT ALL TIMES.

If you do not understand the importance of and the workings of a firewall on your local system, it is your responsibility to correct this before agreeing to these terms of use.

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU INSTALL ADEQUATE VIRUS PROTECTION AND SPYWARE/ADWARE PROTECTION ON YOUR END. Bradshaw Mountain RV Resort does not filter or monitor or protect in any way the data you request and receive at your local system. You are responsible for protecting your own PC and your own data.

Bradshaw Mountain RV Resort will do our best to keep our wireless network up and running 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, but we make no guarantee that there will not be periods of interruption or that the signal inside the resort will always be strong enough to reach your own access point. Some areas of the resort may provide stronger signals than others. At times some areas of the resort may provide no signal. If you require access that is more reliable than Bradshaw Mountain RV Resort can reasonably provide, we advise that you purchase your own access through your telephone service provider. Qwest provides individual DSL service to our residents that wish to purchase their own DSL service. If high levels of security and reliablity are important to you, we ask that you purchase your own DSL access through Qwest or another provider.

Bradshaw Mountain RV Resort reserves the right to deny access to anyone at any time and to terminate the service at any time, at their discretion.

Refunds of lot rental or other fees paid by our guests will not be granted based on the inavailability or fluctuating quality of this free service. We will attempt to always provide the quality service that matches our advertising claims, but we offer no guarantees as to availability or quality of access and we remind you again to protect your own PC equipment and data on YOUR end.
